What does it fit?

Jump to kits by injector part number, or read on: the removal tool and the rebuild kits are sized for three common top-feed EFI injector families (Bosch EV1 / EV6 / EV14 style). If your injector takes a ~6 mm OD micro basket filter, you are almost certainly covered.

The removal tool

The basket filter removal tool self-threads into the spent micro basket filter so you can pull it straight out instead of prying at it. It works on any top-feed injector using a roughly 6 mm outer-diameter basket filter — which covers most EV1, EV6 and EV14 style injectors and many other top-feed designs.

• Fits ~6 mm OD micro basket filters (the common size across EV1/EV6/EV14).
• Reusable.
• Not intended for side-feed or bottom-feed injectors, which use different filter geometry.

The Universal EV1 Rebuild Kit

Enough filters for 200 injectors, plus 1 removal tool. The kit carries matched-profile wear parts for EV1/EV6/EV14 platforms:

• Upper & lower O-rings (203) — FKM.
• Injector seals (302) and spacers (307) in matched profiles.
• Pintle caps (308) to seat the spray tip cleanly.
• Micro basket filters (101) — the same ~6 mm filters the tool removes.

Because it is a universal assortment, measure your old O-rings and seals against the tray before installing so you select the matching size.
