Shipping & Returns

Order processing

• Orders are packed and handed to USPS by Partsapiens, within 1–2 business days of payment, from Irvine, CA (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
• You'll get a payment receipt from Stripe by email. A USPS tracking number is emailed when your label is created.

Shipping

• Cost: free on every US order, no minimum.
• Where: US addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. The removal tool and the smaller kits can also ship internationally for a flat $35, shown at checkout. The 200-injector tray kits ship to US addresses only (50 states, DC and Puerto Rico).
• Carrier: USPS, with tracking.
• Transit time: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch within the contiguous US, so most orders arrive in about 3–7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take longer (still free).
• Lost or late packages: contact us with your order details and we'll work with USPS to locate the package, or replace or refund it if it's lost.

Returns

• Return window: 30 days from delivery.
• Condition: unused parts in original packaging. The removal tool can be returned if undamaged.
• Return shipping: paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong part.
• Damaged or wrong item: contact us and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you, including return postage.
• Not covered: parts that have been installed, or damage from use with E85 / flex fuel (the O-rings are rated for gasoline and E10 only).

Refunds

• Refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, usually within 3–5 business days after we receive and check the return. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
• Shipping was free, so there's no shipping charge to refund or deduct.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

How to start a return

Email partsapiens@gmail.com or use the contact page. Include your name, the email you used at checkout, and what's wrong. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address, usually within 1 business day.
