Details
A seized diesel injector does not need more force — it needs force in the right direction. This set threads an adapter onto the injector, connects the slide hammer rod, and works the injector loose with controlled hammer force straight along the injector axis, instead of prying sideways on the rail or the injector body.
The four adapters cover the thread sizes most common on diesel injectors. Everything stores in the molded case, so the set goes back in the toolbox complete.

Quick start
- Disconnect the battery, relieve fuel pressure, and remove the injector's electrical connector and fuel line.
- Pick the adapter that matches the injector's thread and screw it on fully.
- Connect the slide hammer rod and work it along the injector axis until the injector breaks free.
- Clean the injector seat before refitting, and use new seals and washers.
Honest limits: no puller frees every injector. If an injector is seized or heavily corroded, repeated hammering can damage the injector or the cylinder head — soak it first, and if it still will not move, a specialist shop is the cheaper answer. Check thread compatibility before ordering; this set does not fit press-fit or side-clamp designs.
